Gail presented the findings of Edelman's annual Trust in the Era of Social Entertainment survey, which looked at:

  • How consumers value entertainment content across platforms and providers
  • The influence of social media and the changing definition of ‘entertainment'
  • The impact technology is having on engagement, distribution and privacy
  • Consumer attitudes toward changing revenue models
