The Paley Center is proud to salute legendary performer Carol Channing with a special screening of the new documentary portrait Carol Channing: Larger Than Life. The film, which opens in select cities on January 20 from Entertainment One US and is directed by Dori Berinstein, traces Channing's extraordinary history, from her early success as a classroom mimic to her Broadway triumphs, including Gentleman Prefer Blondes and Hello Dolly, to her late-in-life reunion with her childhood love. Everyone from Lily Tomlin, Bob Mackie, Debbie Reynolds, Chita Rivera, and Bruce Vilanch to Channing's devoted chorus of "Dolly Boy" dancers pops up to pay tribute to this amazing performer.

Following the screening, Ms. Channing will be joined onstage in conversation with Lily Tomlin, filmmaker Dori Berinstein, and others.
