Free Podcasting Workshops for Teens in New York City

Bring your stories, bring your voice! Produce your own podcast at The Paley Museum. 

Are you ready to share your passions, stories, and ideas with the world? The Paley Museum is offering a series of podcast workshops for students to gain experience in the growing field of audio storytelling. Using professional-grade production equipment including microphones, recorders, and digital audio workstations, participants will record, write, and sound-design their own audio stories, combining interviews, music, sound effects, and field recordings. Our podcasting program is here to help teens unleash their creativity and find their voice. 

5-Week Intensive 2025 (Free for Grades 9-12)

Free Talk Show Podcasting Workshops for Teens in New York City

Take Control of the Mic! Be an On-Air Host or Guest and Record Your Own Podcast Talk Show!
The Paley Museum is offering standalone two-hour workshops where young people work together to record their own talk show podcast. Use professional-grade production equipment and learn the basics of hosting, interviewing, and microphone technique in this hands-on experience. Choose from topics including sports, music, anime, and video games to create a podcast for you by you. These workshops will help teens unleash their creative voice in the growing field of audio production.
