Summary
One in this comedy/variety series. After an opening dance number by the June Taylor Dancers, Gleason delivers a monologue and intro- duces orchestra leader Sammy Spear. Succeeding segments include: Johnny Mathis singing "Misty Roses"; Groucho Marx chatting with Gleason and singing "Show Me a Rose"; Joel Grey singing "Wilkommen" and "Rockabye Your Baby With a Dixie Melody," accompanied by the June Taylor Dancers; comedian Louis Nye in a stand-up routine; Jane Morgan singing a medley of "Ten Cents a Dance" and "Hey, Big Spender"; additional singing and dancing numbers with the June Taylor Dancers; and Gleason, as Reginald van Gleason, and Marx singing a parody of the vaudeville standard, "Mr. Gallagher and Mr. Shean." The guests return to the stage one by one before Gleason and Marx say goodnight. Includes commercials. (This is a black and white copy of a color program.)
