TWILIGHT ZONE, THE: MINIATURE (TV)
Summary
One in this science fiction/fantasy anthology series hosted by Rod Serling. In this episode, quiet and withdrawn Charley Parkes, on a visit to the Burton County Museum during his lunch hour, sees a living miniature woman inside the Victorian dollhouse display. Out of work and all but friendless, Charley visits the museum on several occasions to watch and talk to the doll. On one visit, the doll's gentleman caller makes advances, and Charley smashes the glass covering the dollhouse to rescue her. Taken to a mental hospital and put under the care of Dr. Wallman, Charley is eventually proclaimed cured and released. However, he soon sneaks back to the museum. His family, Dr. Wallman, and the police search for him without success, until a museum guard peers inside the dollhouse. Includes commercials and a promo.
