GRINDL: THE GRUESOME BASEMENT {SERIES PREMIERE} (TV)

Summary

Premiere of this single-season situation comedy series. This episode introduces Grindl, a maid who is placed in different jobs each week by Foster's Temporary Employment Service, run by Anson Foster. Grindl meets with the prim-and-proper Mrs. Hartman, who hires her, but when she returns the next day, Mr. Hartman is throwing a wild party. Grindl suspects that Mr. Hartman has murdered his wife. When she goes to tell the police chief, he turns out to be Mr. Hartman. Complications arise when Grindl must outrun Mr. Hartman as he tries to kill her. Commercials deleted.
