Summary
One in this series about Dobie Gillis, a teenager in search of true love. In this episode, Dobie's biology teacher shows his class a bottle of musk oil that a colleague of his invented to attract members of the opposite sex. Maynard, without realizing it, accidentally switches a bottle of his hair tonic with the bottle of musk. Every time he uses it girls fall madly in love with him. The Gillises try unsuccessfully to figure out what has suddenly made Maynard attractive to women. Mr. Gillis decides that they can make money off of Maynard's animal magnetism and helps him to get the leading role in a movie. On screen, however, Maynard's irresistible charm ceases to exist. Commercials deleted.
