Summary
The first episode in this dramatic series about the life of Jennie Churchill. In this episode, nineteen-year-old Brooklyn-born Jennie Jerome meets, dances, and falls in love with a young English aristocrat, Lord Randolph Churchill. She accepts Randolph's proposal of marriage, but their plans are delayed by the snobbish reactions of their relatives. Jennie and Randolph marry.
