Summary

One in this series of programs on the arts which are intended for young audiences. From the stage of the Metropolitan Opera, Danny Kaye offers a look at the enormity of an opera production by introducing the Metropolitan Opera crew to his young audience. Highlights include: Metropolitan Opera singers, Morris, Merrill, Di Giuseppe, Elias, and Blegen demonstrating the range of their voices; Danny Kaye and Beverly Sills singing a duet; and Carreras, Maliponte, and company sining "Libiamo" from Giuseppe Verdi's "La Traviata," conducted by James Levine. Commercials deleted.
