GEORGE LOPEZ: GEORGE GETS CROSS OVER FREDDIE (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series, set in Los Angeles, in which comedian George Lopez plays family man "George Lopez." This episode is a special crossover episode with "Freddie." In this episode, George and Angie think they have caught Max checking pornography on the internet, but instead he was just chatting with a thirteen-year-old girl from Chicago named Zoey. George insists that Max's online romance is probably with some predator in the guise of a teenager. Meanwhile, in Chicago, Freddie Moreno and his buddy Chris discuss their date with a set of twins. Then, Freddie is upset to see that Zoey is chatting online with Max from California. Freddie decides to do his own investigative work to see if Max is truly fourteen. Unbeknownst to him, he is actually online chatting with George. Eventually, both George and Freddie decide to call the cops on each other. Quickly, George learns that the police won't help him and he decides to track down "Zoey" on his own. With Max's online privileges taken away, he has to use Carmen's cell phone to message with Zoey. Meanwhile, Zoey tells Freddie that they are going to meet Max in Los Angeles. George plans on setting up a trap for the would-be "predator." Soon, Freddie and Chris, pretending to be "Zoey," are headed toward "Max"'s apartment -- which is actually Ernie's place, where he and George await. Angie is worried about George and Ernie getting involved. Upon, arriving, Freddie and George begin wrestling until the two are able to prove that they were just protecting Zoey and Max. Freddie and George decide to forget everything, with Freddie inviting the Lopezes to Chicago so that Max can meet Zoey. Includes commercials.
