CURB YOUR ENTHUSIASM: MARY, JOSEPH, AND LARRY (TV)
Summary
One in this comedy series in which producer/comedian Larry David plays a slightly exaggerated version of himself who often ends up embroiled in misunderstandings and social faux pas. In this episode, Larry -- who's feeling cranky due an ongoing problem with his throat -- takes issue with his housekeeper Dora when he finds she's been reporting on his activities to friends. Cheryl is more caught up in Christmas activities with her visiting parents, which she hopes will also put Larry in a better mood. However, Larry's attempts to get into the holiday spirit by giving out yuletide gratuities nets a less-than-festive turn of events for Dora, Cheryl's family, and a traveling version of the Virgin Mary and Joseph.
