Summary
This tape presents coverage of the terrorist attacks of
September 11, 2001, and their aftermath, as aired on
CNN. This tape features an edited and condensed version
of CNN's coverage throughout the day, beginning at 8:49
AM EDT, moments after the first World Trade Center
tower was hit by an airplane, and ending with a clip
from 8:01 PM EDT that day. The clips include the
