Summary

The first of two programs on this tape. One in this drama series that revolves around the staff of a medical defense and indemnity organization which advises and defends doctors against potential lawsuits and provides compensation to patients where negligence is proven. In this episode, Happy, Ella, and Giles defend a breast cancer specialist against a terminal patient's negligence charges in a highly publicized trial; Layla tries to reconcile Happy and Jason; Caitlin interviews for a position at a law firm; and Jamie and Caitlin deal with an MDA member who wants a no-claims bonus.
