REAL WORLD, THE: HAWAII: TECK'S LOVE TRIANGLE (TV)
Summary
The eighth season of this reality-based series about the exploits of seven strangers chosen by MTV to share rent-free lodging in Hawaii and to be followed around by camera crews for several months. In this program the following events occur: after Justin moves out, Colin wants the room to himself; a needy Amaya begs Colin to allow her to stay in the room with him; Colin gets angered by Amaya continuing to make passes at him; Teck avows his love of women, upsetting Kaia when he brings yet another woman home; the roommates think that Teck is developing a bad reputation around town; Matt and Kaia discuss why Amaya puts up with Colin's abuse, later encouraging her to stand up for herself; when Amaya ultimately does, Colin's brusqueness causes her to cry; Teck and Matt go to a strip club; the roommates wonder where Ruthie is and whether she has entered alcohol rehab; Kaia finds out that both Ruthie and Teck have dated the same stripper; Teck thinks he's slipping in his rakish ways; Ruthie tells Matt that she will return to the house soon; and Teck and Amaya go skydiving, after which Amaya writes Colin a letter declaring her independence from him. Commercials deleted.
