Summary
The pilot in this spoof of the superhero genre, in which the unlikely hero Captain Nice protects the crime-ridden city of Big Town from crooks. In this episode, meek police chemist Carter Nash creates a mysterious formula which bestows extraordinary powers upon him, turning him into either a superhero or just "some nut in his underwear." Simultaneously, the chameleon-like criminal mastermind Omnus escapes from custody, intent on stealing the chemical from Nash. Only as Captain Nice may Nash have the abilities to protect himself and his fair city. Commercials deleted.
