Summary
The premiere in this comedy series about a New York City police detective who alleviates the pressures of his job by drinking, smoking, and philandering. In this episode, Detective Mike McNeil and his partner, Detective Terrence "Pip" Phillips, must ring a confession from a man accused of killing a French tourist. After McNeil collapses while in pursuit of the suspect, his colleagues take turns berating him about his self-destructive lifestyle. Includes commercials.
