Summary
The final episode in this gothic daytime serial about the Collins family of Collinsport, Maine. Set in Collinwood of 1841, where a room in a deserted wing of the house has exposed a parallel time band. In that sphere, Collins family ancestors not only resemble present-day members of the Collins family, but have made different life choices from their 1841 counterparts. In this episode, Morgan has discovered that his wife Catherine is pregnant with his brother Bramwell's child. As revenge, he's thrown her in the haunted room of Collinwood where Bramwell is spending the night in an effort to break the family curse set by Brutus Collins. Brutus's ghost appears to both Bramwell and Catherine, but they vanquish him by using their collective strength. However, Morgan waits for them outside the room, shoots Bramwell in the shoulder and drags Catherine to the roof. Kendrick and Julia give chase while Flora goes to see Kendrick's besieged wife, Melanie. The spirit's possession of Melanie has ended, offering proof that the curse is now history. Bramwell confronts Morgan on the roof, who falls to his death in a fight. Kendrick and Melanie decide to leave Collinwood while Bramwell and Catherine opt to stay and marry. However, Ben Stokes later finds Melanie in the woods with bite marks on her neck, indicating that the horror isn't over. Commercials deleted.
