LITTLE BILL {THE TREASURE HUNT & THE BEST WAY TO PLAY} (TV)
Summary
This animated children's show, based on books by Bill Cosby, features events and adventures from the life of a boy named Little Bill. In the first segment, titled "The Treasure Hunt," Little Bill is stuck indoors on a rainy day, and he feels bored since he can't find anything fun to do. His great grandmother, Alice, suggests that he discover his very own special treasure, something that he enjoys doing indoors. She enjoys knitting, Little Bill's father and mother like photography and listening to jazz, and his brother and sister play chess to pass the time. In the end Little Bill learns that his special treasure is something that he has been doing all along. In the second segment, "The Best Way to Play," Little Bill and his friends pretend that they are astronauts. While waiting to watch their favorite television show, "Space Explorers," they imagine that they arrive on the planet Yubba to combat the Chuckleheads. Later, after playing a "Space Explorers" video game, they decide that using their imagination is really the most fun. Commercials deleted.
