Summary

This animated children's program features a group of kids from Ocean Park, California, who hang out at a place called Madtown Skatepark. The following characters appear in this introductory segment: Otto Rocket, a superstar skateboarder and snowboarder; his sister Reggie, who publishes her own magazine; Sam, who just moved to California from New York City and is having trouble adjusting to life on the boardwalk; and Twister, who is creating an autobiography on video. Commercials deleted.
