Summary
One in this series of sketch comedy programs starring Bob Odenkirk and David Cross. In this episode, Bob and David are selected as the motivational comedians for Globochem's "Get Motivated" seminar. A documentary shows the rise and fall of Josh Fenderman, lead singer for motivational rock group Honesty in Motion. A woman reunites with her ex-boyfriend after a one week break-up only to learn that he's changed quite a bit in that time. New wave rock/rap group 2001: A New Wave Odyssey tries to perform at the Coffee Dome. Shock rocker Marilyn Monster hosts an employee training tape for his restaurant Marilyn Mozzarella's Pizzarella Pie Parlour. Two long-lost buddies stumble upon each other, then struggle to say good-bye. Carl justifies sleeping with a co-worker's wife by explaining that he and she are actually just part of an elaborate pornography ring.
