Summary
One in this drama series that reveals David Lynch's sinister, surreal portrait of small-town life. In this episode, Phillip has a panic attack while surrounded by sailors relentlessly bouncing balls; Agent Cooper and Sheriff Truman find Harold has committed suicide, and in his home they discover Laura's second diary; Audrey and Ben discuss the truth about recent events at One-Eyed Jacks, and Ben confesses that he had sex with Laura and fell in love with her; Nadine drops by the Double R Diner for a milkshake with Ed; Bobby and Mike discover a micro-cassette tape inside the heel of Leo's boot; Agent Cooper learns from Laura's diary that Bob is "a friend of her father's" and threatened her since early adolescence; Audrey tells Agent Cooper that her father was sleeping with Laura, prompting the FBI agent to arrest Ben Horne; Peter discover's Mr. Tojamura's secret identity; Sarah has a vision while crawling on the floor in agony; Agent Cooper and Harry join Margaret at the Roadhouse where, in the form of a vision, Agent Cooper receives a disquieting warning from the giant. In the meantime, Laura's murderer strikes again when, possessed by the spirit of Bob, Leland violently assaults and kills Maddy. As Agent Cooper's vision evaporates, Donna begins sobbing heavily in her remorse over Harold's suicide. Commercials deleted.
