Summary

Series finale in this series of comedy programs -- a spin-off of "All in the Family" -- about George Jefferson, an opinionated successful black entrepreneur, his sensible wife Louise ("Weezie"), their adult son Lionel, and their assorted neighbors in a high-rise apartment building on Manhattan's Upper East Side. In this episode, Louise Jefferson and Helen Willis plan a talent show fundraiser at the neighborhood help center to raise money for their disabled youth services program. George makes fun of the whole enterprise, but changes his tune when a local television personality announces he'll give the winner a spot on his program to speak about his favorite cause. With visions of free advertising dancing in his head, George sets his sights on winning the contest so he can tell the folks at home about his favorite cause -- Jefferson Cleaners. Commercials deleted.
