Summary

Part two of two. One in this series of comedy programs about the men and women of the 4077th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (M*A*S*H), stationed behind the lines during the Korean War. In this episode, a U.S.O. tour group is grounded at the 4077th after all major roads are closed in anticipation of a major offensive. Highlights of their stay include the following: Corporal Klinger persistently bothers the emcee, Fast Freddie, for feedback on his jokes; Father Mulcahy and Major Houlihan attempt to help one of the singers, Sarah, recover a pair of toe shoes her late brother left behind in Korea; Winchester discovers that Ellie, the accordion player, has hidden talents; Colonel Potter shares a bottle of twelve-year-old scotch with Brandy, one of the tour group's show stoppers; Hawkeye informs his young patient Marina that she is healthy enough to travel on, but she does not want to leave; and Marina works wonders with Nowicki, a patient who refuses to speak. Commercials deleted. (This is a syndicated repeat telecast of a program which originally aired on CBS on Monday, October 26, 1981 at 9:00 p.m. as a special one-hour season premiere.)
