MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE: THE SEAL (TV)
Summary
One in this series of adventure dramas about the exploits of the Impossible Missions Force. In this episode, the priceless jade imperial seal of a small but highly strategic nation has been stolen. American industrialist Jay Richard Taggart possesses the seal, but he refuses to return it, regardless of the political consequences to the United States. Since the U.S. government cannot take any legal recourse to retrieve the jade, Phelps and the IMF are instructed to infiltrate Taggart's aircraft corporation and get it back. Cinnamon poses as a reporter and informs Taggart that the seal is cursed with a hex that causes the death of anyone attempting to claim ownership of it. Meanwhile, Rollin poses as an Asian mystic who lives in the small nation from which the seal was stolen, while James and Barney use a specially trained cat in their attempt to attain the seal.
