ROSEANNE: LET'S CALL IT QUITS {FIRST SEASON FINALE} (TV)

Summary

One in this comedy series about Roseanne and Dan Conner, a working-class couple who live in Lanford, Illinois, and their three kids, D.J., Darlene, and Becky. In this episode, Faber, a new supervisor at the plastics factory where Roseanne and her friends are employed, raises their work quotas to impossible standards. The women decide that one of them should speak to him about lowering the quota and elect Roseanne as their spokesperson. He agrees to lower the quota if Roseanne will agree to change her attitude toward him and treat him with respect. Roseanne agrees and keeps her part of the deal until he reneges. In response, Roseanne and her co-workers come to a crucial decision about how to deal with their supervisor's unreasonable demands. Commercials deleted.
