RAMONA: RAMONA'S BAD DAY (TV)
Summary
One in this ten-part children's series about the life of Ramona Quimby, a rambunctious child with a flair for causing mishaps. In this episode, Ramona suffers through a day of mishaps. At breakfast, every time she fixes herself a bowl of oatmeal someone in her family takes it. On the way to school, her lunch falls out of her lunchbox. During class, she cannot remember how to spell any of the words on her spelling test and, at lunch, her friends laugh at her leftover pot roast sandwich. After school, Ramona goes to her friend Howie's house and must contend with his little sister, Willa-Jean, who makes Ramona play with her. Later, Ramona and Howie decide to play with a toy boat in a sink full of water. Ramona decides to add blue dye to the water to make it look more like an ocean, but succeeds only in dying her hands blue. When she gets home, her parents have a fight and Ramona becomes convinced that they will get divorced. The next morning she is relieved to see that her parents are no longer fighting and that her bad day is over.
