Summary
One in this series of comedy programs about the personal and professional life of a Chicago psychiatrist.
In this episode, Bob's therapy group agrees to add a new member in order to rejuvenate their stagnant sessions. Craig Plager, who is "mildly neurotic, with compulsive tendencies," seems an excellent choice until the group realizes that he is gay. Led by the supremely hostile Mr. Carlin, the group stages a walkout since they are unable to handle Craig's sexual orientation. Bob is also thrown off guard by the development, but he gamely struggles to rise above his own discomfort. He chastises Emily and Howard at home for their insensitive remarks and then issues the group an ultimatum regarding Craig's inclusion. Bob faces a less serious problem in the form of his old, hideous tuxedo -- which is required dress for a reunion of his college glee club. Commercials deleted.
