REMINGTON STEELE: IN THE STEELE OF THE NIGHT (TV)
Summary
One in this detective series about private investigator Laura Holt, whose Remington Steele Detective Agency fails until she pairs up with a suave stranger claims to be the fictitious Remington Steele. In this episode, Laura and Murphy are invited to a reunion being held by a detective agency at which they were both formerly employed. Their invitation also requests the presence of Remington Steele, but Laura and Murphy both decide that an appearance by their "boss" at the event would not be the wisest idea. However, Steele finds the invitation and decides to attend on his own accord. At the reunion, the detectives attempt to outwit one another with their investigative skills as they pose hypothetical murder situations. However, when a real murder occurs, Remington is chosen to lead the investigation since he is the only one who was not acquainted with the victim. With the help of Laura's expertise and a few discoveries of his own, Remington helps solve the mystery before the weekend is over. Commercials deleted.
