JUST PLAIN BILL (RADIO)
Summary
One in this daytime serial about a barber named Bill who lives in a small town called Hartville. In this episode, Bill slips in and out of consciousness after being knocked out by an unknown assailant. Rudy races to see Judith and they argue about Evelyn and her plans to meet with Bill about her will. Rudy soon learns that Judith did not call the doctor to attend to Bill, and he soon suspects that Judith does not want Bill to recover. Meanwhile, Bill tries to figure out who hit him over the head and recalls the events that transpired just before he blacked out. As his daughter, Nancy, and her husband, Kerry, take care of him, Kerry tells Nancy that he intends to figure out who did this and why. His primary suspects are: Judith; her husband, Leslie; and her ex-boyfriend, Rudy.
