Summary
One in this African-American-based sketch comedy program. Creator and star Keenen Ivory Wayans opens this program by introducing DJ SW-1 and the in-house dance troupe, The Fly Girls. Sketches include the following: Jesse Jackson's press conference about his time as President, including his promise to "keep Hope alive"; the greatest hits of annoying soul singers Cephus and Reesie Mayweather; an episode of "The Tonight Show," with Alan Thicke serving as guest host, in which an anthropologist presents an exotic "b-boy" who shocks the audience with his outlandish patois and behavior; a Southern tourist's trip to the "Casa de Hair" salon, where hotheaded proprietor Hector is busy arguing with his wife; and an installment of "This Ol' Box," in which street resident Anton Jackson offers some unusual "home improvement" and construction tips. Commercials deleted.
