HAPPY DAYS: RICHIE BRANCHES OUT (TV)
Summary
One in this series of comedies about life in the 1950s. In this episode, Richie confides to Howard that he's in love with the poster girl for Wisconsin cola. At Fonzie's urging, Richie goes to a modeling agency and tries to hire the young woman, pretending that he's making a commercial for Howard's hardware store. Richie learns that the model's name is Angela Breen, then books her for an appearance at Arnold's that night.
When Angela arrives at Arnold's, Richie pretends to photograph her, though she quickly sees through the deception. Richie confesses that she's the woman of his dreams, which charms and flatters her. Although admitting that she has a steady boyfriend, Angela gives Richie a kiss before leaving. Later, Fonzie shows up and gives Richie an early Christmas present: a date with one of his ladies. Commercials deleted.
