The Scholars Room is only available to researchers and is open during Museum hours:

New York: Tuesdays to Sundays 12:00 to 6:00 p.m., 12:00 to
8:00 p.m. on Thursdays
Los Angeles: Wednesdays to Sundays 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.

The Museum offers facilities that enable researchers to utilize the Paley Center's microfiched clippings file and collection of television and radio programs to their fullest potential.

The Edward John Noble Scholars Room and the Steven and Barbara Bochco Scholars Room combine the function of researching the collection with viewing or listening to a program at a monitor. It is designed to assist students, educators, writers, radio and television professionals, journalists, and others with a serious purpose in carrying out their research.

Those wishing to take advantage of this opportunity must apply for researcher status on either a per-diem basis or for a full year.
