Lost

Now in its sixth and final season, ABC’s Lost is sure to enter the pantheon of enduring episodic dramas, having forged a bond with critics and viewers redolent of such iconic “mythology” series as The X-Files and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. A breakout hit following its gripping two-part pilot in 2004, Lost invigorated prime-time network television and inspired a slew of mimetic high-concept sci-fi shows seeking to duplicate its virtuosic blend of B-movie thrills and completely addictive character drama. Alas, with the end in sight, we sadly anticipate life sans Jack, Kate, Sawyer, and the rest of the gang, even as we feverishly attempt to deduce once and for all what it all means, and how it will all end.

Lost is produced by Bad Robot and Touchstone Television.
