The Paley Center in New York and Los Angeles offers contemporary, distinctive spaces for all types of corporate events, from cocktail receptions to press conferences to formal dinners.

Institutions must be a Sponsor-level or Introductory Corporate-level (LA only) corporate member of the Paley Center or a not-for-profit organization to be eligible to use the Paley Center facilities. After becoming a corporate member, companies are charged the standard usage fees. The Paley Center's Special Events Department will assist in planning the event from initial conception to execution, and the Paley Center's exclusive vendors will provide the finest service.

Steven Spielberg Gallery

The perfect location for a cocktail party or a seated breakfast, luncheon, or dinner. The space features changing exhibits that highlight various aspects of television and radio programming. Three video screens are available for use by renters to run programs to add a personalized atmosphere to the event.

Capacity: 90 for sit-down, 225 for standing

Kissinger Global Conference Room

Offers state-of-the-art technology in a setting ideal for board meetings, conferences, receptions, and dinners. The custom-designed board table seats 40, and without the table, the room can be configured to seat 90 theater-style or 90 for a seated dinner.

Mark Goodson Theater

Ideal for intimate screenings, press conferences, and seminars. The technical capabilities of both theaters are excellent and can accommodate the most challenging technical requirements.

Concourse Theater

Bell Family Gallery

An ideal place for cocktail receptions and private dinners. The Gallery has seven television monitors to display your video presentation.

John H. Mitchell Theater

An excellent venue for private screenings and meetings. The theater functions as a television studio and can host events via satellite.

Roof Garden

A dramatic outdoor space. It serves as a unique setting for receptions, special events, and dinners, offering both pleasant vistas and a functional outdoor area.
