Summary
The final original episode in this series of western dramas about Marshal Matt Dillon, lawman of Dodge City, Kansas, and the people who live in and pass through that town in the closing decades of the 19th century. In this episode, Abel, a farm boy, gets suckered into buying Festus's mule. By mistake, Festus shoots Abel in the leg, so Abel's lazy father, Dibble, puts Festus to work on his land. At the farm, Av Marie flirts with Festus in order to make her boyfriend jealous. Commercials deleted.
