Summary
One in this series of lighthearted dramas following the adventures of con man Harry Lime, based on the film "The Third Man." Orson Welles, in character as Harry, introduces the program. In this episode, Harry meets Helen, who invites him to stay with her and her two uncles in the isolated "typical English village" where she lives. Helen's eccentric uncles are obsessed with discovering a way to make gold, and Harry soon realizes that his death is required for one of their occult experiments. Commercials deleted. (This series was produced and syndicated by the BBC in the 1950s.)
