Volunteer at the Los Angeles Paley Center
Description: Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phone inquiries including seminar ticket sales, processing memberships, providing guided tours, helping patrons in video library, assisting with office projects, and on occasion, working on special events.
Qualifications: Volunteers must be responsible and outgoing, have good communication skills, have a professional appearance, and have a knowledge of television and radio. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Volunteer at the New York Paley Center
Description: The responsibility of a Visitor Services Representative is to assist the Paley Center staff in providing information directly to the public concerning both the Center's activities and television and radio in general. Visitor Services Representatives assist in all public areas of the Paley Center, including the Center's screening rooms and theaters, library, and front desk, and they work closely with the Librarian in answering public inquiries concerning radio and television by using the Paley Center's collection and printed reference materials.
Qualifications: Volunteers must be responsible and outgoing, have good communication skills, have a professional appearance, and have a knowledge of television and radio. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
